Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Advance Payment

• All bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure date.
• A 25% advance payment of the total booking amount is required to confirm and secure your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule before departure.

2. Cancellation Policy

• A 25% cancellation charge will apply to cancellations made after the booking has been confirmed.
• Any applicable refund will be processed after deduction of the cancellation charge and any non-refundable costs, where applicable.
• Cancellation requests must be communicated to TrekkingsNepal Pvt. Ltd. as early as possible.

3. Booking Confirmation

• A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
• Availability of tours, transportation, accommodation, and other services is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

4. Changes to Booking

• Any request to change the travel date, itinerary, or services should be made in advance and may be subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Travel Documents & Requirements

• Guests are responsible for providing valid identification, passports, visas, permits, and other documents required for their trip.
• Certain trekking and travel activities may require specific permits or authorization.

6. Company Responsibility

• TrekkingsNepal will make reasonable efforts to provide the services described in the confirmed itinerary.
• The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking and making the required payment, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
